Development Assistance Council

The Development Assistance Council (DAC) is a service by Human Assistance and Development International (HADI) to assist the people and institutions of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Bosnia) to overcome the destructive effects of war and to develop and prosper in the post-war era.

DAC is a panel of scientists, academics and industry experts who strive to render consulting and training services of the highest caliber. Its services are free of charge to Islamic institutions and Muslim charitable organizations.

What is DAC's Mission?

DAC focuses on Islamic institutions that will be ignored by the multinational reconstruction effort. Most of these institutions paly an instrumental role in the preservation of Bosnia's Islamic heritage. most likely, these institutions will not get any share of the pot of gold being promised to post-war Bosnia. While the battle for the SOIL of Bosnia may be over, the war for its SOUL is sure to remain and intensify.

DAC's mission is to provide expert support for the development of Bosnian institutions that represent and preserve the Muslim heritage of Bosnia.
